In my opinion Billy is a 2 year starter on the back half of his college career. He has a great arm (throws 68 yards from the goal line). He is mobile as well, had a top 5 shuttle time on our team (4.61). His decision making is his biggest area of improvement. He threw 1.9 INTs a game his last two years for us, most of them being over the middle throws where a safety jumps or linebacker drops back. Best case scenario is a 3 year starting career and a shot at the league. His dad is 6'6 and Billy is 6'2 with even more room to grow. Mid American or Mountain West Conference would be best. 3.8 GPA as well, very solid student.
